CRLC's Faithful Readers

This book discussion group usually meets on the third Wednesday of the month at 10 AM in Chapelview Room September through May.  Due to the covid virus we will not be meeting in 2020.  Our first meeting will be Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at 10am.  Listed below are some recommended books to read over the next couple of months.  Happy reading!

The Tea Girl of Hummingbird Lane by Lisa See

Caste: The Origins of Our Discontents by Isabel Wilkerson

The Things We Cannot Say by Kelly Rimmer

The Book Woman of Troubled Creek by Kim Richardson

Please contact Kathie Brusk if you have questions, book suggestions, or would like to participate.

CRLC Library

The library is in the Chapel View Room on the upper level at the rear of the building. Take the hall past the offices and around to the back. The library books are all neatly arranged on shelves in the room that’s used most often for meetings and study groups.

The shelves are marked so visitors can easily find a book to read and there’s no need to “sign out” a book or present a library card; just take what interests you and bring it back when you’ve finished.  (If you can remember where you found it, you can even reshelf it for someone else to borrow.)
