Sunday Church School is for all ages:

Preschool through grade 6 meets on Sunday morning in Fellowship Hall for our opening.  Then we are dismissed to our classrooms for individual study.   Click here-Holy Moly for a list of weekly topics and service projects for the Holy Moly program for the Pre-K through 4th grade children.   Our 5th and 6th graders will follow the Connect lessons.

Confirmation study is for youth in grades 7&8 on Sunday morning at 9:15am.  Click here for a list of class dates and topics for the Confirmation class.

YAC (Youth and Christ) - Our high school youth, grades 9 through 12 meet for YAC Chat on Sunday mornings in the Youth Room and some Sunday evenings from 7-9pm. Click here for a recap of the Summer 2017 news/Mission Trip info.  Click here for a copy of the YAC Parent Handbook.  This will help you understand the YAC language and give you some descriptions of events and activities available to the youth.

The Confirmation group enjoyed a trip to the Escape Challenge.  They were able to escape the Chaotic Cassroom with one minute and forty seconds to spare!  Congratulations!!!  If that wasn't exciting enough, they came back to the church for a lock in. What a great weekend!

Spontaneous movie night and dinner out at Applebees with Paul T and the YAC group.  The LEGO Batman movie was great!

2018 ELCA National Youth Gathering

Our youth and their parents have already received information about the national youth gathering that will be held next Summer (June 27- July 1) in Houston, Texas! This is an incredible experience as our high school age youth get to join over 30,000 other Lutheran youth from around our country.  Our congregation and Peace Lutheran in Ashland (Pastor Karen's congregation) have already registered over 30 youth and sponsors for the 2018 ELCA Youth Gathering.  What a great group!
